Prime Time Boat Charters offers private boating adventures aboard a luxury 35-foot express cruiser designed for half-day and full-day experiences throughout Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Lighthouse Point, Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and beyond. Meet Captain Paul
Captain Paul is the founder and driving force behind Prime Time Boat Charters. His love of boating goes back to childhood, when he received his first 14-foot boat at age thirteen. Within a year, he was using that boat to run his first on-the-water business, selling ice cream to boaters on Long Island Sound. That early experience taught him not only how enjoyable boating could be, but also how special the boating community is. It sparked a passion that would eventually become the charter business guests know today.
Over the years, Captain Paul has owned small, medium, and large boats and built decades of real boating experience. His travels have taken him up and down the East Coast, from Newport, Rhode Island to Key West, Florida, as well as throughout the Bahamas. He has served as a U.S. Coast Guard Master Captain for over 15 years and currently holds a 100-ton Master License. That experience gives guests a strong sense of confidence when they board Prime Time. They know they are in experienced hands with a captain who knows how to manage both comfort and safety.
Beyond his credentials, what guests appreciate most is his personality and hospitality. Meet 1st Mate Jessica
Prime Time Boat Charters is also shaped by the warmth and energy of 1st Mate Jessica. Jessica grew up in Caracas, Venezuela, where she spent much of her childhood at a large yacht and beach club through her grandfather’s membership. She loved being on the water from a young age and naturally gravitated toward helping with lines, docking, and driving the boat. Boating became part of who she is.
After moving to the United States and settling in Boca Raton near the water, she eventually met Captain Paul and joined him on numerous boating adventures through South Florida, the Keys, and the Bahamas. She now helps create the easy, welcoming environment guests experience on board. Because Jessica speaks English, Spanish, French, and some Italian, she also adds a multilingual advantage that helps many visitors feel comfortable and connected during their charter.
And as the site charmingly notes, Captain Paul is now her husband, which makes Prime Time Boat Charters feel even more like a family-run hospitality experience than a standard rental operation.

The current site describes the boat as an all-around favorite with modern amenities that make every boating experience more memorable. Those amenities include two cabins that sleep up to four adults, air conditioning, generator, Bluetooth stereo, flat-screen TV, a clean bathroom, a bow sun pad, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove, swim platform, noodles, and a large inflatable raft. This allows the charter to feel elevated and versatile, whether you are cruising, relaxing, dining, or swimming.
